The warm season has produced a very special and complex wine. The palate is rich and juicy offering many layers of complex flavours and characters. Aromas of raspberry and red fruits dominate with white pepper offering further spicy characters. This wine is drinking beautifully now but will continue to develop atleast for another 5-10 years.

Colour- Crimson with Purple Hues.

Aroma- Aromas of White Pepper and Raspberry.

Palate- Raspberry and Capsicum with suggestions of white pepper. Medium tannins with silky rich red fruit characters.
